Tchad Blair, Inc. (TBI) is a web design/development and social marketing firm located in the greater Washington, DC metro area. We offer Internet and Web-related services to businesses, non-profit organizations, government entities, and individuals across the nation. The services we offer include website development and design, hosting, maintenance, social marketing, brand development and analysis.

In today’s world wide web, having a web presence means having a message. TBI excels at discovering an entity’s true vision or message and illustrating that on the web and throughout various social media outlets. At TBI we study communication at all levels and we hone in on what is attempted to be communicated, what needs to be communicated, and which methods are best to communicate that message.

Mission

Our mission is to provide affordable, accessible, and streamlined Internet and Web services to businesses, non-profit organizations, governments, and individuals. We have developed a system for offering many different types of Web services (site development, hosting, marketing, and maintenance) that are exclusively tailored to fit the needs and resources of any of these entities.
